摘    要:基于现场可编程门阵列(FieldProgrammableGateArray,FPGA)设计了一种单相输入三相输出的数字式控制变频电源.将单相市电输入该系统后,经过整流、升压、滤波、三相桥式逆变和低通滤波输出三相近似正弦交流电.根据三相异步电动机的调速特性,系统由控制器改变内部调制波的幅值和频率,进而调节三相正弦脉冲宽度调制(SinusoidalPulsewidthModulaton,SPWM)波的脉宽和频率,最终实现三相交流异步电动机的变压变频调速(VariableVoltageVariableFreguency,VVVF)控制.系统调制结果证明该电源的设计是可行的,且系统操作方便快捷、界面友好,可为实现全数字智能控制提供参考.

Abstract:A kind of digital variable-frequency power source with single-phase input and three-phase output is designed based on field programmable gate array(FPGA).The input of single-phase city electric current is outputted into three-phase approximate sine alternating current through rectifier,booster,filter,single-phase bridge-inverter and low-pass filter.According to the governing characteristics of three-phase asynchronous motor,the controller changes the amplitude and frequency of the modulation wave and then regulates the pulse width and frequency of three-phase sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM) wave,and finally the variable voltage variable frequency(VVVF) control of three-phase AC asynchronous motor is realized.The experiment shows that the power design is feasible,and the system is easy to operate with friendly interface and lays a foundation for full-digital intelligent control.
