低频数字式相位测试仪的设计与实现

摘    要:基于过零检测法,以微控制器ATmegal28和可编程逻辑器件EPMl270为核心,设计并实现了对双路同频低频信号的相位差和频率进行测量的系统.在一个可编程逻辑器件(ComplexProgrammableLogicDevice,CPLD)内实现了数字式相位差和频率的数据采集,简化了系统设计.系统可以对200Hz~10kHz频率范围内的信号进行相对精确的测量,与传统相位测量仪相比,具有硬件电路简单、测量速度快和易于实现等优点.

Abstract:Based on the principle of zero-crossing,taking microcontroller ATmega128 and complex programmable logic device(CPLD) EPM1270 as the core,a system used for measuring the two-circuit frequency and low-frequency signal phase difference and the frequency of the measured signal is designed and realized.The data acquisition of the digital phase difference and the frequency is carried out in a piece of CPLD chip,and the system design is simplified.The system can measure the signal of frequency range of 200 Hz-10 kHz.Compared with the traditional phase meter,the system has the advantages of simple hardware circuit,rapid speed and easy realization.
