| Abstract: | Base on describing the conception of library's organizational structure,this paper analyzes on the basic contents of reengineering of library's organizational structure,and according to the optimization principle and the effectiveness principle,probes into the procedures of carrying out the reengineering of library's managerial course,and analyzes on the relation between the reengineering of library's managerial course and the organizational structure. |
