| 摘 要： | 中国国民党确立了党员养党的党务经费原则，但它从来没有真正实现过。国民党党务经费的作用在于维护其正常运转，保证各项日常的社会政治活动，抚恤死难党员家属和资助留学等。国民党党务经费来源的主渠道是财政拨款，其他来源还有收党费和特别捐，向社会筹集资金和海内外捐款等。中央党部之下的财务委员会是负责党务经费的专责机关。

| Abstract: | Chinese Kuomintang establishes the principle of membership dues maintaining a party,but it has never been implemented.The function of Chinese Kuomintang's membership dues is to keep Kuomintang going normally,ensure its all kinds of social political actions, comfort and compensate its bereaved families subsidize study abroad and so on.Financial allocation is a chief source of Kuomintang's outlay for party affairs.The other sources are its party membership dues and special tax,funds to society, and domestic and foreign donation. The financial committee under the central party department is a specific organ in charge of the party outlay. |
