多目标多阶段决策最优化标号法

利用模糊数学中的隶属函数将工程施工中常遇到的多目标多阶段决策问题转化为单目标多阶段决策问题，因而可以用动态规划方法求解。隶属函数对多指标策略的优劣评价符合人们的习惯，使用起来较简便。本文构造了符合动态规划要求的具体指标函数，设计了简便的标号法，概念清晰、易懂易用，适合施工管理人员及其他管理决策人员使用，证明了本方法的合理性。

Labelling procedure for optimal multigoal and multistage decision making

Using theory of fuzzy sets to reduce the optimization of multigoal and multistage decision making is discussed, which is encountered by construction and other project management from time to time to the optimization of single goal multistage decision making which can be addressed using dynamic programming. A membership function is designed to evaluate the alternative strategies with multiattributes in a way consistent with human judgment. The author, based upon the membership function, proposes a labelling procedure for the construction and other project managers to make their multigoal and multistage decision making in their practical fields. The procedure is easy to understand and use. The justification of the procedure is also given.
