电场作用下PAN/PS共混膜特性的研究

摘    要:以分子量67000的牛血清蛋白为超滤分离对象,通过膜通量、截留率、膜通量衰减程和恢复率等膜参数的测定,考察了外加直流电场作用聚丙烯腈/聚砜共混膜的分离性能。结果表明:外加正电场共混膜的膜通量和截留率都有所提高,+120V/cm时,分别提高了85%和1.1%,而膜通量衰减程度,在+60V/cm时,由 57.14%降低到26.33%,经过“电场自洁净”的共混膜其膜通量的恢复率可达到90%以上,能较大地改善膜的抗污染性能。

Ultrafiltration Performance of PAN/PS Blend Membrane under External Electric Field
Abstract:The performance of PAN/PS blend membrane under an external electric field,including flux, retention rate, declines and recovery of the performance, was investigated by the ultrafiltration of BSA. The results showed that both of flux and retention rate of PAN/PS membrane are improved under external positive electric fields with a increase of 85% and 1.1% under +120V/cm, respectively. The flux decline decreased from 57.14% to 26.33% under +60V/cm and the flux recovery rate was more than 90% by “self-cleaning electric fields”. Therefore, the anti-fouling property of ceramic membrane can be greatly improved by an electric field.
