| Abstract: | China's entry into the WTO offers a bridge between China and the rest of the world. In this case, librarians in the higher vocational colleges work under gerater pressure than ever. The qualities of those librarians are of great importance in terms of the full utilization of their ability and the level of personnel training. Further education to them becomes extremely significant at this critical moment. |
