| 摘 要： | 利用同步通信卫星进行时间传递,和其他的时统系统相比,具有成本低、精度高的特点.提出了利用通信卫星进行授时和时间比对的方案,研究了卫星定位精度对时间传递精度的影响,并探讨了进一步提高精度的方法.
