摘    要:探讨了使用纳滤膜和反渗透膜对生物质水解制酒精发酵废液中五碳糖(主要是木糖)的净化和回收。结果表明:纳滤膜能回收废液中85%以上的木糖,但对废液中盐的去除率只有15%左右,在浓缩实验中,反渗透膜可截留绝大部分溶质,透过水可作为纯水使用,达到了浓缩的目的。

Abstract:Nanofiltration(NF) was employed to recover pentose present in the waste hydrolyzed biomass fermentation broth,and reverse osmosis(RO) treatment followed to concentrate the pentose in the NF permeate stream.The NF time profiles of xylose recovery,salt rejection,and NF flux as well as the RO time profiles of xylose concentration of the reject stream and conductance of permeate water and the effects of temperature and pressure on the RO flux are presented.Up to 85% of xylose in the waste fermentation broth was recovered by NF;the RO treatment produced a valuable concentrate xylose solution and a clean reusable water.
