| 摘 要： | 本文简要地阐述了建立招标制度的发展历程 ,以及在高校设备采购管理工作中推行招标制度的重要意义 ;并着重介绍了我校在设备采购管理工作中 ,探索并实行招投标制度的具体运作方式和所取得的实践体会 ,以及设备招标采购的未来发展趋势。
