| 摘 要： | 首先研究社会停车场了的评价指标 ,然后在此基础上提出了多层次、多目标的规划模型 ,并设计了降维逐次逼近法、线性规划及目标规划等相结合的算法 ,算法在上海市浦东新区社会停车场规划中得到应用 ,并取得了良好的效果 .

| Abstract: | This paper firstly researches the evaluation attributes of public parking, then gives a multi|level and multi|object location and sizing planning model. On the base of the model, we design the algorithm of dimensionality reduction and gradual approximation, linear planning and objective programming. The methods was used in Shanghai Pudong new district's parking planning, with good effects. |
