非广延统计下二维费米气体的热力学性质

摘    要:目的在非广延统计物理框架下,探讨了二维费米气体在非广延参数q的影响下的热力学性质,计算出了总粒子数、总能量、自由能、热容量等热力学量。方法采用分解近似的方法。结果和结论在低温区域,q→1时,所有的结果可以回到传统的Fermi—Dirac分布,二维费米子气体的粒子数不受非广延参数q的影响。

Abstract:Aim The thermodynamical quantities of two-dimensional Fermi gas such as total number of particles, total energy, heat capacity, free energy are calculated within the frame of the Tsallis thermostatistics. Methods The factorization approach is incorporated, and the ensuing statistics is derived. Results and Conclusion The limiting cases of interest are discussed in some detail, namely, low-temperature regimes, and the approximate results pertaining to the case q→1 (the conventional Fermi-Dirac statistics corresponds to q =1). Especially, the nonextensive total number of particals of two-dimensional Fermi gas is as same as conventional.
