| 摘 要： | 基于GIS的城市大气污染源监控网络与大气质量预警系统利用Internet／Intranet构建数据传输平台，建立了完善的空气污染源监测与控制网络体系。系统把大气污染源的基本信息管理系统与城市空气质量的预报和预警系统集成到同一个GIS平台上。方便对各大气污染源进行定位监控和对预报数据的解读和可视化处理，为大气污染治理和应对突发大气污染事件提供准确及时的监控手段，为城市大气质量管理和环境规划提供科学、合理的辅助决策支持。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduced a city air pollution source monitor-network and air quality forewarning system based on GIS.Using the data transmission platform on Internet/Intranet,the system sets up a perfect air pollution source monitor-network.The basic information management system of air pollution sources and the forecasting alarm system were integrated. |
