| 摘 要： | 翻译是一种双语的转换活动,其间不同文本的语言特征和表达方式对翻译有着不同的影响。法律语言在长期使用和发展过程中形成了自身特殊的语言风格和表达方式,本文通过对法律语言特点和表达方式的分析,阐述了法律语言的准确性、严谨性、模糊性和冗余性对汉语法律条文英译的影响。

| Abstract: | Translation is a conversion of languages.In the process of the conversion,language features and language models of different texts have different influence on the version.In the application and development of law,the legal language has formed language features and models of its own style.Through the analysis of these features and models,this article describes the influence of the legal language on the C-E translation of Chinese law articles in the context of accurateness,compactness,ambiguity and redundancy. |
