摘    要:为了缓解都市"停车难"现象,为停车者实时地提供动态的停车相关信息,部分城市建立了停车诱导系统,但目前停车诱导显示屏的设置均以主观经验为主,缺乏深入的理论论证.本文以上海市徐家汇地区停车诱导系统的建设为背景,在大量实况调查的基础上,以诱导信息量为目标函数,以诱导显示屏的总数、每个进口道上最多对3个停车场(库)设置诱导显示屏、诱导系统内的每个停车场(库)都必须对停车者进行诱导为约束条件,本着经济、高效的原则建立优化模型,并用遗传算法求解确定了停车诱导显示屏的规模和选址方案,结果表明具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:It's really difficult to find available parking spaces in CBD of cities.To alleviate this situation,parking guidance information systems(PGIS) are built to provide real-time parking information to drivers.But in the process of designing Parking Guidance and Information System,the locations of PGI signs are almost determined by subjective experience,which lack the thorough theory proof.In this paper,taking the construction of PGIS in Shanghai Xujiahui area as a background,on the base of massive live surveys,taking the amount of guidance information as an objective function,an optimized model is established economically and efficiently with two restrictions: most 3 parking lots can be guided at each intersection approach,and each parking lot integrated in the PGIS should be guided.Genetic Algorithm is applied to estimate the scale of PGI signs and their locations.The result shows that these methods have a certain value to bring into practice.
