220t/h混烧锅炉炉内燃烧过程的数值模拟

摘    要:以某厂220 t/h高炉煤气和煤粉混烧锅炉为研究对象,对锅炉炉内的燃烧过程进行数值模拟。总结适合该类锅炉的数值模拟方法和网格划分方法。预报了混烧锅炉炉内的速度场和温度场,结果表明:该锅炉炉内可形成较规则的四角切圆形流场,炉内等温线分布较均匀。模拟结果可为同类锅炉的优化设计、合理运行提供参考。

Abstract:A 220 t/h coal and BFG mixture fired boiler in some factory is taken as research object,the combustion process of mixture fired boiler is simulated.The velocity field and temperature field are obtained.The numerical simulation method and meshing method are summarized,and a theoretical guidance is provided to optimize the design and reasonable operation of similar boiler.
