元认知意识与英语阅读水平的实验研究

摘    要:通过英语阅读元认知意识问卷调查和英语阅读测试并开展元认知阅读训练,研究了非英语专业一年级学生阅读中元认知使用的情况及在接受元认知阅读训练前后英语阅读成绩的变化。结果表明:学生总体元认知水平不高,经过元认知阅读训练的实验组的考试成绩比控制组的学生成绩有显著提高。

Abstract:The metacognition awareness questionnaire and English reading test are adopted and a metacognition reading training is carried out,the use situation of metacognition for non English major undergraduate students and the changes of English reading results before and after training are researched.The results indicate that the overall awareness of metacognition is comparatively low,the students' results in experimental group have an obvious improvement that the students' results in control group.
