Dynamic Analysis and Trend Forecast of City Land Price of Baotou

Land prices level and its growth rate,index of land price,relationship of land price and house price,relationship of land price and social economic environment,and influence factors and dynastic trend of the land price in Baotou city as well,are analyzed.The results showed that the land price is rising rapidly on the whole,and is consistent with development of the society and economy.A power to enhance the land price is rising social and economic level,expanding land demand,and regulation of macroscopic policies.In future the growth rate of land price in Baotou will increase dramatically,and dimensional distribution of the land price will be more reasonable than that ever.Growth method of the land price will change from extension to connotation.
