| 摘 要： | 酒精性肝病在我国呈现逐年上升的趋势,临床医生及时且准确地判断患者的病情及预后对治疗方案的选择十分重要.终末期肝病模型(MELD)已被广泛运用于预测多种肝病患者的预后,本文就MELD评分对酒精性肝病（ALD）患者短期预后预测价值研究展开综述,可为临床治疗提供参考.

| Abstract: | Number of patients with Alcoholic Liver Disease (ALD) tends to increase year by year in China.It is important for clinicians to determine a treatment plan based on the condition and prognosis of each patient in a timely and accurate manner,and the Model for End-Stage Liver Disease (MELD) has been widely used to predict the prognosis of patients with various liver diseases.This paper reviews the study on the predictive value of MELD score for short-term prognosis of patients with ALD,so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment. |
