| 摘 要： | 通过对利通区区域开发过程中存在的问题和优势的分析，结合利通区区域开发的实际情况，就全面推进利通区区域开发的措施做了探讨，提出了具有建设性的区域开发模式，如城镇带动模式、农业产业化模式及旅游带动模式等，目的在于促进利通区经济的发展．
