| 摘 要： | 本文从创新型工程科技人才培养的三个阶段出发，建立和完善适应创新型人才培养的环境和人才培养模式的新途径，协调高校教学与科研关系，加强校际合作，实现资源共享，协同培养创新型工程科技人才，提出了创新型工程科技人才发展的环境和制度的新举措。

| Abstract: | This paper starts with the three stages of the cultivation and the growth environment of innovative engineering technology professionals, explores new ways to strengthen the construc- tion of innovation environment, establish and improve the innovative talents cultivation environment and talents training mode, coordinate the relationship of university teaching and research, enhance inter-school cooperation, realize resource sharing and collaboratively cultivate the innovative engineering and technical professionals. This paper also puts forward new measures of creating the environment and institutions of innovative engineering technology professionals. |
