摘    要:非正规、非正式学习等先前学习成果的认证是终身教育体系建设的重要组成内容。在政府、行业、学校和培训机构各方力量的推动下,澳大利亚先前学习认证的实施覆盖澳大利亚资格框架10个等级的所有资格证书,已逐渐成为一项基本的教育政策。本文对澳大利亚先前学习认证制度的发展历程进行了梳理和辨析。在查阅分析大量实践和研究资料的基础上,对澳大利亚先前学习认证制度的程序、评估方式进行了归纳。最后,本文对澳大利亚先前学习认证的意义以及存在问题展开分析,并总结出对学分银行建设的启示。

Abstract:The recognition of irregular and informal studying is an important part of lifelong education system construction. Under the promotion by the government, industries, schools and training institutions, Recognition of Prior Learning covers all 10 levels of the Australian Qualifications Framework. It has become a basic education policy of Australia. This paper focuses on the develop- ment process of Australia Recognition of Prior Learning, and analyzes the related concepts. Based on the analysis of a series of practices and research materials, this paper summarizes the process, assessment methods of Recognition of Prior Learning system in Australia, researches the significance and problems of the system and summarizes the enlightenment of the credit bank.
