| 摘 要： | 学习型城市评价指标体系，是学习型城市评价的依据和尺度，直接关系到学习型城市建设质量以及发展的方向。本文首先对学习型城市评价的概念作了界定，然后就其评价指标体系的构建依据、构建原则、注意把握的问题，分别作了阐明；最后在上述基础上，对学习型城市评价指标体系框架作了架构。

| Abstract: | Framework of performance evaluation index of a learning city, as the basis and standard of evaluation, is directly related to the construction quality and development direction of a learning city. This paper firstly gives a definition of the concept of evaluating a learning city, and then clarifies construction foundation, construction principle and related issues deserving attention. Besides, based on this content, this paper extends the framework of performance evaluation index of a leaning city. |
