| 摘 要： | 本文分析了小康社会的内涵,小康社会与身体健康的关系,指出全面建设小康社会为体育事业与和谐社会的协调发展创造了良好条件。在此基础上,理论与实践相结合,对坚持以人为本,全面建设小康体育提出了思路。
