In most part of our country,there are bad conditions in city community service.The thinking must surround the core of scientific development,guaranteed mechanism,and setting up the integrated information system,taking person as a foundation and paying close attention to the weaknesses.Only by doing this,can we improve equity in health care efficiently,and make the crowds to share the health resources achievements from the progresses of economic and social civilization.
