摘    要:建立了气相色谱法氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)测定水和土壤中的精喹禾灵残留的分析方法,方法的线性范围为0.04~1mg/kg,线性相关系数为0.9994,最低检出限为0.008mg/kg.在水样和土壤中进行添加回收试验,添加浓度在0.04~4mg/kg间,测得其回收率分别在88.7~105.9%和80.2~109.5%之间,变异系数分别为2.18~3.10%和2.06~3.32%.

Abstract:The capillary GC method(with NPD) was introduced of determining quizafolop-p-ethyl pesti-cide residues in water and soil.The method provides a linear response between0.04 ~4 mg/kg,a corre-lation coefficicient of0.9996,and a limit of detection at0.008mg/kg.Water and soil were fortified withquizalofop-p-ethyl at different levels ranging from0.04 to 4 mg/kg and assayed by this method,recover-ies of quizalofop-p-ethyl in water and soil were 88.7 ~105.9% and 80.2 ~109.5%,respectively,coef-ficients of variation were 2.18 ~3.10% and 2.06 ~3.32 %,respectively.
