| Abstract: | The study of regional economic development begins with the analysis of its conditions. Whether its process is reasonable will derectly affect the quality of regional economic development. In this paper the theoretical basis and the ways of the analysis on the conditions are discussed so that the analysis may be raised from perceptual to rational cognition and served for promoting the study of regional ecomomic development. |
