摘    要:以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,以过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠体系为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成耐盐高吸水树脂。运用单纯形优化法获得了单体配比、丙烯酸中和度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量的优化条件组合,树脂在0.9%NaCl溶液中的最高吸盐水率达143.9 g.g-1。还考察了溶液盐浓度、pH值和温度等对树脂吸液性能的影响。

Abstract:Water absorbent resin was synthesized by polymerizing an aqueous solution of acrylamide and partially neutralized acrylic acid with ammonium persulphate and sodium bisulfite as redox initiating system in the presence of a crosslinker of N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide.The optimization of reaction conditions was achieved by simplex method,including the ratio of monomers,the degree of neutralization of acrylic acid,the dosage of initiators and crosslink agent.The resin obtained can absorb 143.9 times its own weight in 0.9% NaCl aqueous solution.The effect of concentration of NaCl solution,pH value and temperature upon the absorbent ability of resins was also studied.
