摘    要:本文把提升容器和钢丝绳罐道看作一个系统,建立了水平扭矩作用下的动力学摸型,给出了横向摆动的动力学方程等用数值计算方法求得了提升过程中容器的摆动量,得到了各个参数如水平扭矩、容器转动惯量等对摆动量影响的规律。这对有关规程中制定容器安全间隙和提升过程中防止事故发生有实际指导意义。

Abstract:Taking the conveyance and guide rope as one system, the paper establishes the dynamic model under the action of horizontal torque moment and gives the dynamic equation of oscillation. The horizontal oscillations of the conveyance are calculated by numerical method. The influence rules of horizontal oscillations caused by change of various parameters, such as the horizontal torgue moment, the inertia moment etc. are obrained. These may he of practical significance to determine the safety clearance of conveyance in some directive rules and to prevent accidence in hoisting process.
