| Abstract: | The core of the problem in the development of E-government affair system is how to design the workflow and dataflow engine. We adopted some techniques, that included PKI, GAP, distributed text-and muhimedia-database, for the security and compatibility of the system. In this paper, we introduced the architecture and platform of the apply system, meanwhile, we explained the thoughts of design, system function and their characteristic. |
