| 摘 要： | 随着中学体育课新课程标准的实施,教师角色的专业化发生很大变化.在新课程标准下,体育教师应是学生学习的引导者、塑造实现课程标准的设计者、"平等中的首席"、体育教学的研究者.只有完善教师培训制度才能促进体育教师角色的专业化发展.

| Abstract: | With the implementation of the new PE curriculum standard in the middle school,the teacher's role has changed a lot.According to the new Standard,the PE teacher should be the guide of the learner's studying,the designer of implementing the new Standard,the "CEO" in the equality and the researcher of the PE teaching.Under the new situation,only when the teacher's training system is perfected,can the professional development be promoted of the PE teacher's role. |
