中国加入WTO后,必然会融入世界经济一体化的大潮中,与经济发展紧密联系的高职院校将面临着新的机遇与挑战,要求高职院校丢掉一些传统观念,树立起市场观念和教育服务观念,逐渐形成自己在人才培养、教育产品与服务项目开发及高职教育标准制订等方面的核心竞争力,树立起学校的教育服务品牌,并在正确认识自身及竞争合作伙伴的基础上,构建有利于学校自身发展的价值链,以求在国际化的竞争与合作中,得到更好的发展.

On the Developing Policy of the Higher Vocational Education Universities After China's Accession Into WTO

China will surely integrate the tread of world economic globalization after its entry into WTO. The universities focusing on developing higher vocational education will face new opportunities and challenges, which requires them to get rid of some traditional concepts, and build up market concept and education serving concept, forming their own core competitiveness in the cultivation of talented personnel, the development of education products and serving projects, and the formulating of higher vocational education norms, and building up the education serving image. And at the same time, on the basis of understanding themselves and competitive partners, these universities should set up the value links which is beneficial to the development of the universities so as to achieve better development in the international competition and cooperation.
