| 摘 要： | 对经敏感抗生素常规治疗仍未见效的重型及中毒型菌痢患儿,采用三黄汤保留灌肠,取得了明显的疗效.患儿迅速好转且疗效稳定可靠,方法简单,治疗彻底.价格低廉,值得临床推广使用.

| Abstract: | A new paediatric treatment is described and discussed for bacillary dysentery of heavy and poisoning models. Keeping enema is proved obviously effective to the patients who have been treated normally by using sensitive antibiotic without effect, with Decoction of Sanhuang-the decoction of coptis chinenesis, scutellaria baicalensis and phellodendron. Since this treatment has the advantages of quick recover, steady therapeutic effect, simple operation, thoroughgoing treatment and low costs, it is recommended to use on paediatrics. |
