亚硒酸钠催化谷胱甘肽、过氧化氢产生超氧阴离子的研究

摘    要:本文对亚硒酸钠、还原性谷胱甘肽、过氧化氢(或自然溶解氧)进行了研究.采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和电子自旋共振(ESR)技术等均证实了在此反应体系中通过亚硒酸钠的催化作用产生了超氧阴离子(O_2~-)等活性氧自由基.

Abstract:An important biochemical reaction of GSH with sodium selenite in the-presence of H_2O_2 is studied. It is shown by ESR and autooxidation of Pyrogallol that the superoxide radicals O2 are generated during the reaction in which sodium selenite acts as a catalyst. More O_2 has been found to be-generated to H_2O_2 than to O_2.
