| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了用于纤维碳化过程中控制张力大小的自动调节装置。由张力检测辊测得的纤维带张力送至计算机,计算机显示张力大小;同时根据纤维带的张力控制张力调节辊上下移动,使张力基本保持恒定,从保证碳纤维强力性能的稳定。

| Abstract: | In this paper, an intellectual apparatus which controls tension of fibre tape during cabonization of fibre is introduced. The tension measured by a tension measuring roller is transmitted to a computer and is displayed. According to the technological demand, the computer controls the tension regulation roller, so that the constant tension and stable quality of the strength of carbon fibre are assured. |
