| 摘 要： | 流域生态补偿途径是流域生态补偿机制研究中最重要的方面之一。文章收集、对比、总结国内外流域生态补偿研究和实践案例,归纳出在国外流域生态补偿实践中,生态补偿途径以市场为主导;而在我国,则以政府主导为主要补偿途径,目前我国流域生态补偿研究正处在起步阶段。

| Abstract: | How to compensate for watershed services is the core part of payment for watershed services (PWS) study. The literatures and casestudies of PWS are reviewed,compared and summarized,and the approaches of PWS are categorized. It is concluded that the government-oriented approach is the mainstream of PWS in China while the market-based approach is well developed and implemented abroad. |
