静电场对硫酸钙结晶的影响及计算机模拟

摘    要:实验在水浴加热和水浴加热附加静电场两种条件下,对基本相同的结晶条件(温升速率,过饱和度,水动力学等)下得到硫酸钙晶体利用扫描电镜(SEM)进行了表征和分析.分析结果显示:在基本相同结晶条件下,水浴加热附加静电场与仅水浴加热下生成的硫酸钙晶体的形貌相比,有所增大.我们从水的内能与结晶形貌的关系出发,利用蒙特卡罗(MC)方法对静电场作用下的结晶情况进行了初步的分子模拟,解释了这一特殊现象.该分析结果可用于指导水溶液中生长晶体,外加一定强度的静电场可能得到更大更完整的晶体.

Abstract:Under the same crystallization conditions of supersaturating, temperature and hydrodynamics of solution, the calcium sulfate crystal was studied at water bath heating and water bath heating with electrostatic field. Then the calcium sulfate crystal shape was analyzed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The results show that under the same crystallization conditions, the shape of calcium sulfate crystal under the electrostatic field bigger than that without electrostatic field. In this paper, Monte Carlo (MC) method was employed to interpret this special phenomenon. The results can be used to guide the growth of crystal in the aqueous solution. With the existence of electrostatic field, more ideal crystal can be obtained.
