| 摘 要： | 规划中的黄河大柳树枢纽供水区，即宁、蒙、陕、甘干旱风沙区，土地荒漠化严重．通过建设800O～13300km^2生态绿洲并将其作为生态移民基地，将减轻非绿洲区人口超载压力，为实施旱耕地退耕还草还林工程和天然草场封育工程创造条件，促进该区的可持续发展．

| Abstract: | The windy and dusty area which is desolate seriously about Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia and Mongolia is going to be irrigated by Huanghe Daliushu key irrigation works. The construction of 8 000 -13 300 km ecological oasis can be served as ecological migration base, and it will lighten the burden of population explosion in non-ecological area, also do good to the project of returning cultivated land to forest and grassland as well as closing and facilitating natural grassland, and when all above is done, the sustainable development can be achieved. |
