微生物酶法合成己酸乙酯的研究

摘    要:以红曲霉(Monacusfulginosus)为出发菌株,通过紫外线诱变选育出一株高活性己酸乙酯酯化菌M3-E。在含1%己酸和15%乙醇的酯化培养基中添加5%M3-E菌麸曲粗酶制剂,34℃间歇振荡酯化7d,酯化液中己酸乙酯含量达2.35g/L。同时,本文对己酸菌发酵液在制备己酸乙酯酯化液中的应用作了初步研究

Abstract:This paper reported the breeding of M3E strain with ability of high esterification by UV radiation.The optimum culture medium was the Fuqu 5%,caproic acid 1% and alcohol 15%.Under the condition of intermittent vibration at 34 ,ethyl caproate reached 2.35 g/L in the esteried solution after 7 days.In addition,this paper preliminarily studied the application of the caproic acid bacteria fermented solution to esterification for ethyl capronate.
