稀土SnO2半导体氧化物的气敏性质研究

摘    要:制作了掺 La_2O_3,CeO_2,Pr_6O_(11),Nd_2O_3稀土氧化物的 SnO_2烧结型半导体气敏元件,测定了它们对于乙醇、丙酮、煤气、甲烷等十多种气体的气敏特性,结果表明上述元件的灵敏度和选择性均比不掺稀土的 SnO_2元件高,此外,考察了元件的加热功率对灵敏度的影响,发现稀土对于某些气体具有化学增感作用.

Abstract:Gas Sensors of tin oxide based materials have been prepared by incorpo- rating it with rare earth oxides of La_2O_3,CeO_2,Pr_6O_(11) and Nd_2O_3,and their sensing char- acteristics have been determined for eleven gases such ethanol,methan,acetylene,hydrogen and so on.The results show that the sensitivities and selectivities of the above sensors are greatly enhanced by the addition of rare earth oxides. It has been also examined that the sensitivities depend on heating power (i.e.tempera- ture) of different rare earth oxides incoroporating tin oxide sensors.
