轮毂电机的转矩脉动抑制方法研究

摘    要:以轮毂电机为动力的四轮独立驱动电动车是电动车未来的发展方向之一。本文针对轮毂电机常采用的两两导通控制方式所存在的问题,提出改进方法。利用霍尔传感器获得的低精度位置信息对转子位置进行估算。并利用估算得的精确位置信息进行正弦调制的方式控制轮毂电机。根据仿真结果来看,转矩脉动降低了50%左右。因此,这对于轮毂电机的精确转矩控制具有重要意义。

Abstract:The Four-wheel independent drive electric vehicle powered by wheel-in motors is one of the directions of the future development for electric vehicle. This article has an analysis of the existing problems in the Two-two conduction mode which is often used in wheel-in motor, and puts forward some improved methods. Rotor position can be estimated by using of the low precision rotor position information obtained by HALL sensors. And on the basis of the estimated rotor position, the Wheel-in motor can be controlled in sine pulse moderate mode, to reduce torque pulsation. According to the simulation results, the torque ripple is reduced by about 50% . Thus, this method has important significance on the precise torque control of wheel-in motor.
