| 摘 要： | 网络教学环境下的大学英语教学具有非同步性、复杂性、弱控性、缺乏对思维的深刻性的训练以及网络自身无法克服的缺陷等特点，因此探索多维动态教学管理模式势在必行。多维动态教学管理模式是在现代管理观念的指导下，强调教师和学生也参与决策，通过课堂行为契约和全面质量管理等措施把决策的焦点集中在教与学上，建立灵活的反应机制。

| Abstract: | College English teaching under network culture is not synchronized, and it is quite complex and hard to control. This kind of teaching model is lack of deeper training of thought and with the flaws of network itself. Therefore, it is very necessary to explore the dynamic teaching management model. With the modem management concept as its guideline, the dynamic teaching management model emphasizes the joint decision-making of teachers and learners and focuses on the teaching and learning through classroom behavior contract and establishes flexible reactive structure. |
