| 摘 要： | 本文介绍的刀具磁化处理装置，使刀具在高强度脉冲磁场中进行处理，以消除或减小刃面和刀部的内应力，提高刀具寿命，实验和应用结果表明：该装置制造简单、操作方便；处理时间不超过一分钟，处理后刀具不带磁，马上可以使用，平均提高刀具寿命（20－50）％，最高可达二倍左右。

| Abstract: | A magnetizing treatment device is developediby which,cutter tools can be treated in a pulse magnetic field of high intensity. to eliminate or reduce internal stress of tool face and blade, and to prolong tool life. Test and application results show that the device is simple in manufacture and easy in handling. Treating time takes less than one minute,cutters thus treated is non - magnetic,and can be used immediately. Average tool life increase by a factor of 20-50% ,and the highest being 200%. |
