| 摘 要： | 在经济结构发生明显质变时,用Cobb-Douglas生产函数已无法表达此时的经济发展速度,建议运用Thom的突变理论来阐明。本文从该理论出发,对产业经济进行研究,曾有效地应用于某大城市郊县的经济发展规划。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the Cobb-Douglas production function is invalid for case of changing the economical structure strongly. Instead, the application of elementary catastrophe theory to it is proposed, which has been used in planning regional economic developmental programs successfully. |
