| 摘 要： | 由于东西部发展不平衡以及朝庭昏暗、官场腐败，贫富悬殊等因素，明王朝在短时间很快覆灭．社会动荡，人心混乱。“人生空幻之感”成为时代心理特征，人们纷纷皈依佛门，寻求心灵的寄托，以兼容为特色的一代高僧破山海明，其法派在西南地区迅速崛起，成为乱世之中人们的精神支柱和生存依凭，在历史上产生了重要的影响。

| Abstract: | The Ming dynasty (1368-1644) was overthrown because of the unbanance development from east regions to west regions, officials' corruption and the extreme disparity between the rich and the poor. The society was in disturbence. The ideological confusion and the feeling of a vague life were the characteristics of that time. Many people turned to budhism for spirit comfort. The law school, headed by Poshanhaiming, a great budhist monk, sprang up rapidly in southwest region. It became people's spirit support in a disturbing society and exerted great influence in the history. |
