泰国高等教育中远程学习的一个新阶段——移动学习

文章通过远程学习发展五个阶段的论述，指出了通过远程通信网络集成并管理学习媒体是远程学习新的发展变革。作者在文章指出，当今，移动电话的功能不断扩展、全球数量超过了数十亿部，已可以作为一种使用方便、有效的远程学习工具。这种工具和六种学习技能的有机结合形成了一种新的远程学习模式，即“移动学习”。

M-Learning:a New Stage of d-Learning in Higher Education of Thailand

In this paper author describes the 5 generations in development of distance education: correspon-dence model、multimedia model、tele - learning model, flexible Learning model and Intelligent flexible learning model. Today, developer has improved Intelligent flexible Learning model called "E-learning" via electronics and digital media- technology . It was a new innovation that integrated all media and electrical technology through telecommunication network. A new survey shows there are over 500 millions notebooks and mobile phones in the world in 2003. More functions are put on mobile phone such as recording picture in many style、watching television and using internet ,etc. Further, it was convenient for learning efficiently when mobile is applied a communication equipment. So it became a new way to manage distance education through notebook and mobile phone in any time and place and learner calls it " M-Learning" (mobile learning). Thus, develop-ment of distance education exits three stages from d-learning to e-learning and to m-learning in the last. As a result, these form an integrated kill by using IT . The skill includes six parts :" Task Definition, Information seek strategies, Location and Access, Use of Information, Synthesis, and Evaluation". Instruction and appli-cation by six skills help efficiently m-Learning .
