| Abstract: | s:During the War of Resistance against Japan,the strategic position of Northwest was more and more important,and Kuomintang government strengthened the construction of northwestern region,thus formed the "Golden Times" of Northwestern development.But then there was a drastic decline,which all rooted from the essential features of the northwestern economic development. |
