| 摘 要： | 目的探讨根管治疗复诊期疼痛的原因及最佳治疗方法。方法对三组共87颗复诊期疼痛的牙齿分别封丁香油酚、地塞米松液、地塞米松和丁香油酚混合液观察其疗效，然后进行分析。结果地塞米松和丁香油酚混合液组疗效肯定，其中下颌牙效果优于上颌牙。而单独使用地塞米松或丁香油酚对根管治疗复诊期疼痛作用甚微。结论地塞米松与丁香油酚混合液在根管治疗复诊期疼痛的治疗中具有抗过敏、抑菌、抗炎、镇痛的协同作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the causes and treatment of endodontic interappointment emergencies.Methods: 87 cases of endodontic interappointment emergencies were divided into three groups and treated with eugenol,dexamethasone and eugenol dexamethasone separately.Results: The effect of eugenol-dexamethasone combination was affirmed.But there were no clear effects in the other groups treated with eugenol or dexamethasone.Conclusion: Eugenol and dexamethasone had cooperative effects in treating the endodontic interappointment emergencies. |
