| 摘 要： | 20世纪迅速发展的汽车在给人类带来现代文明和巨大财富的同时，也给环境造成了极为严重的污染并引起石油资源的匮乏。分析了21世纪发展电动汽车的必然性，并提出对我国发展电动汽车的建议和需要探讨的问题。
