| 摘 要： | 刑事公诉环节审判监督是检察机关法律监督职能发挥的重要部分。然而，目前这一环节法律监督日益受到挑战和质疑，遭遇了理论和实践上的诸多瓶颈。因此，有必要就刑事公诉环节的审判监督面临的紧迫问题提出可行的解决方案。
